Please note, you can run BACKUP and RESTORE on your own to your own S3 buckets. You should be managing your backups on your own to meet your business requirements.
As an additional level of protection, SingleStore CloudDB performs a frequent automatic backup which can be restored on behalf of the customer. To request a data restore, please open a Support Ticket providing the following information:
- Cluster-ID.
- The database name to restore.
- Database target name for the restore (can be a different name).
- Backup DATE to restore.
