How should I be troubleshooting Managed Service Cluster Connection to Kafka (Private Link - Outbound)?

Go to the section for testing Kafka, and you can use this to pinpoint where the error is happening:
Connecting to Kafka directly.
Connecting to Kafka through NLB, which you set up.
Connecting through SingleStore.
Once you have isolated the issue, check the following
The account you connect from should be in the same region (Ex. AWS N. Virginia).
Are you using SSL to connect? And if so, have you loaded a cert?
