How do I collect Power BI logging for SingleStore to review?

Step 1) Enable tracing (see steps and screenshot below):
- Click “Enable tracing”.
- Click the “Clear Traces folder” button to remove existing traces.
- Click the “Open crash dump/traces folder” to see the actual path (typically
%localappdata%/Microsoft/Power BI Desktop/Traces
) and take note of where the trace files are stored. - Close the Options window and return to Query Editor.
Step 2) Reproduce the error you're facing:
- In the Query Editor, click Refresh to re-run your query and reproduce the error or go back through the workflow to create the data source.
- Close Power BI Desktop to ensure the log files are completely flushed.
- Zip up the contents of the Traces directory and attach them to the support ticket.
