How do I change the notification email that notifies me about maintenance windows or other proactive communication?

You can update the email address of where we send our scheduled maintenance window notifications and other proactive alerts or notifications in the Settings section of your Organization in the Portal. This email is the email address that will receive all of the reminder messages of upcoming maintenance windows. We suggest you make this email an email distribution list of all of the relevant people you would like to notify for maintenance window events (single email address forwarding to various people of your choosing).
In the bottom left-hand navigation panel of the Portal UI, you can find the name of your Organization and hit the expand icon to show more options.
Select the Settings page, and once there, update the Organization Contact Email to one of your choosing.
